On-demand logistics marketplace. I design the partner-side platform its delivery driver workforce runs on.
- Own the end-to-end revamp of Porter's partner application, the team's largest and most ambiguous problem. Grounded it in competitive benchmarking, field immersion as a real delivery partner, and research-team focus groups; set the design principles and app architecture for the next 5 to 10 years; presented the phased delivery plan to the CTO to secure engineering capacity.
- Lead the design org's AI initiative, a director-approved, org-wide program: wrote the multi-phase curriculum and run its workshops and weekly sessions, training ~19 designers to take components from Figma to production code, learning in the open alongside them; extended the program into the research org and hold a standing review with the VP of Engineering.
- Built the initiative's tooling: an automated heuristic and accessibility screen-audit tool, a design-token linter and generator that keeps design and code from drifting apart, and CopyCat, the partner-comms framework behind it. Led a team of five to build it out at the company-wide AI hackathon, owning the product logic and the working build; it won the productivity track and is in use by the team.
- Own the order lifecycle and earnings experience: turned the partner's most data-dense surfaces (order state, fare breakdown, payouts, wallet) into flows a driver can read in seconds, grounded in focus groups with 16 partners across three vehicle classes and validated through usability testing.
- Shaped Porter Prime 2.0, the partner loyalty program: authored the adopted concept out of AI-assisted ideation across 12 narratives. Shipped Sep 2025: ~80% fewer Prime support tickets, awareness up 17 points (2-wheeler) and 11 points (trucks), page engagement 76% to 85%.
- Designed the SDO wallet and GST-compliance transaction flow on an emergency timeline, resolving a ₹1.67 crore (~$200K) bad-debt exposure.
- Set the design system's component build priorities (director-assigned): surveyed every product designer on real component usage and ranked ~38 components into build tiers the team adopted.
- Audited the design system's tokens, exposing silent design-to-code drift that had the app shipping colors the system no longer specified; authored the naming spec and migration plan, signed off by the design-system owner.
